 The 'show_wp_pointer_admin_bar' filter seems wrong to me. It should either
 match the pointer id, 'wp330-admin-bar', or be replaced with a general
 filter, and pass the pointer id as a parameter.

 Also, plugins should be able to overwrite the user option, even if only
 for debugging purposes.
