New description:

 On the post editor page, something is causing several malfunctions.
 - No ability to switch from html/visual (buttons appear, don't work)
 - No editor buttons appear
 - flyout menus are nonresponsive
 - add new media button is nonresponsive
 - admin bar dropdowns are nonresponsive

 Have the nightly running (From 1:30pm est 10/13/2011) with
 [http://core.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/18958 18958] applied

 Have manually reinstalled 6 or 7 times now. no plugins, no extra themes,
 only the test unit for content
