 Possibly some other info. Should I see a 'screen options' menu anywhere? I
 can't find it. I was going to turn the red warning box back on, as its on
 in your image.... to see if its specific to certain areas of the screen.
 But I can't find the options to do so.

 Also, on certain pages, such as the post editor screen, I have absolutely
 no flyout functionality at all. Should I on that screen?
