 As more plugins start using postmeta, the table is getting more
 unmaintainable.

 A "meta_group" column would allow plugins (and WordPress itself) to
 identify individual rows. This would assist in cleanup, as well as making
 it easier for plugins to retrieve their data.

 For example, all postmeta data created by WordPress would have meta_group
 = "wp".
