 It didn't test well, and wasn't quite what we'd discussed. Keeping the
 menu collapse, but most of the other stuff should roll back.

 Tasks:

  1. Eliminate the "auto" columns setting and have it funnel back to "2".
  2. Adjust CSS on cats/tags pages.
