 Here's an interesting one. Clicking the site title menu in the admin area
 takes you to the site, but the dashboard menu then pops up straight away
 as your mouse is still over the same spot in the admin bar. It's only
 minor, but I wonder if there's any way to suppress that menu appearing
 when the mouse is over the element on page load.
