 That latest .5 diff moves the setting from the Privacy Options page to the
 Reading Options page.

 I think I prefer keeping it on its own page. That's so SEO & Sitemap
 plugins might use that existing page with
 add_settings_section()/add_settings_field() instead of always building
 their own settings pages.
