 Since [19237], Twenty Eleven has an unused "Screen Info" string in .pot
 file due to missing textdomain. It relied on the string from the main
 translation files, which was removed in [19493].

 We need to add textdomain and perhaps also change the string to "Overview"
 for consistency. [attachment:19020.twenty-eleven.patch] does both.
