 Agreed, adding "flyouts" to the unfolded left menu made it harder for
 tabbing. Perhaps we should add the same JS helper there and make it behave
 like the top menu. That will also make that menu almost the same as in 3.2
 when tabbing.

 In any case thinking we should add some ARIA args to both menus. That will
 be big accessibility enhancement.
