 While we're at it:

  * _dismissed_wp_pointers_for_new_user() should become a static method in
 WP_Internal_Pointers.

  * _get_additional_user_keys() and _wp_get_user_contactmethods() should
 become static methodss for WP_User. I remember this being discussed, why
 didn't we go through with it?
