 - jQuery 1.7.1, full UI in core, other JS changes.
 - WP_Screen changes?
 - new format for help,
 - feature pointers (do we want plugins to use them?),
 - revised admin bar API and styling,
 - wp_editor() replaces all previous calls to different components of both
 editors
