azaozz - I don't think you properly understood the issue.
The point is not to remove the max uploading file size limit message.
That seems like it should pretty much always be there.
The point is the "After uploading you may add titles and descriptions"
sentence makes no sense in many contexts where a plugin or theme author is
using the media upload form.
