 In 3.2, site URL in the admin header was trailingslashed:[[BR]]
 http://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/tags/3.2.1/wp-admin/admin-
 header.php#L142

 In 3.3, the header was merged with Admin Bar, which doesn't have a
 trailing slash for "Visit Site" URLs. This is noticeable when !WordPress
 is installed in a subdirectory and seems like a slight regression.
