Comment:

 I suggest keeping moderate_comments for accept/reject. Then add
 manage_comments (spam/trash/restore) and edit_comments for anything else.
 No special capabilities for each post type they relate to.

 Reasons: Keep it simple. Comments are a special content type in it's own,
 and are only related to public post objects.
