 Make sure !WordPress address and Site address on General Settings screen
 are in [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Punycode Punycode]: `http://xn
 --kjpting-r1a.no`.

 Trying to log in to the admin then leads to `kjøpting.no/wp-admin/` as
 expected.

 I can only reproduce this if I type `kjøpting.no` directly in those
 fields, which isn't the right thing to do.
