 No, `do_action('edit_page_form'`) or `do_action('edit_form_advanced')` run
 after the postbox container div.meta-box-sortables and their position in
 the DOM is static (the editor wrap DIV becomes a sibling of div.normal-
 sortables and div.advanced-sortables).
