 I want to suggest that I would rather to continue to monkey-patch Thickbox
 than replace it with another library. Replacing Thickbox means killing
 popups in core, not making popups prettier. Maybe once we've eliminated TB
 usage in core, we can shoehorn in a worthy WP-integrated replacement.
