 Also, based on usage, as it seems we're only ever using it with the 'up'
 pointer, I removed the wp-pointer-arrow div from the js-generated-html, we
 could probably use about half the CSS if we removed that modularity from
 it (the end bit of wp-pointer.dev.css -- as we don't have the generated
 images for it anyways).
