Comment:

 I will add a note to the /download/source/ page that the committers use
 YUI for compression.

 It is only used for our authored core files. We do not minimize external
 libraries. We only include the official upstream compressed file, if it
 exists. (Prototype was never compressed in core as there was not an
 official compressed version.)

 One caveat is we do add noConflict() directly to the jQuery file, but
 ideally that will change soon.
