 Worked with @chexee on pointer styling. Attached image shows the new style
 (which uses the same color/gradient as the progress bars being updated by
 @azaozz). Icon is a placeholder, will ask Ben to make one that is like a
 little alert flag unless someone has a better metaphor. New contributor
 @GeorgeStephanis volunteered to turn this into CSS this weekend. Note: the
 width in the mockup is not real. Use the regular width already in code.
 The Dismiss x is the same graphic from bulk edit.
