Comment (by jane):

 - Post-update to any version they should go to this screen.
 - Tab should say what's new in the actual version (3.3, 3.3.1, 3.3.2,
 whichever it is)
 - Show fixes etc for actual new version. At end of list, show previous
 changes from major version under subheading for that major version.
