 Moving Privacy settings to General/Reading settings is definitely a Future
 Release material, but [attachment:RightNowBlocked.patch] would probably
 make sense for 3.3 in terms of consistency.
 [attachment:16416.RightNowBlocked.2.patch] is a slight variation of the
 text.
