 Fascinating, I updated the post, and the number of oembed tags for the
 case I was looking at "_oembed_b8bf13bcc3898fd1a6d97946034aacfb" went down
 to 0, then started crawling back up and stopped at 24.

 I updated again, and it went to 0 again, then went up to 1, and it's now
 just 1.
