 iframe/ plugins that will do this already.]

 The reason that Google has not made this the default behavior is because
 the Iframe embed code does not yet provide the same APIs for player
 integration that the Flash player allows.
 While they may be edge cases, there are situations where returning the
 Iframe code when Flash is expected could break things.
