 Now that we've moved the Help/Screen Options menus back out of the admin
 bar, it seems non-intuitive that you open the Help menu on the right side,
 then have to move your mouse all the way across to switch between the sub-
 tabs (Navigation, Layout, Content, etc.).

 Shouldn't the sub-navigation and "For more information" be flipped now
 that the Help button is no longer directly above where said sub-tabs now
 reside?
