 To summarize (and probably move some issues to new tickets):

 * comment:64: Regression: [18683] removes the `admin_user_info_links`
 filter without replacing it
 * ~~comment:68: "My Sites" runs off the bottom of the screen~~. Duplicate
 of #15317 and #18913
 * comment:88: Problem with the Howdy admin item putting on the secondary
 area too early
 * comment:106: The cursor switches to `cursor: text` before the search box
 opens
 * comment:108: The formatting of the "Visit Site" link from the Network
 Admin page is a bit off
 * comment:110: The search icon gives a 404 in the front end when Twenty
 Eleven is not installed
 * comment:111: Doubled search icon in Opera
 * ~~comment:113: No separator between Search and custom items~~. Moved to
 #19126
 * comment:122: Problem with secondary menu items. The snippet doesn't seem
 to work in trunk
