 The spec also recommends using h1 elements for sectioning elements. h2
 would also be acceptable for the widgets (as noted by the spec), if we're
 concentrating on those, but I think it outlines better with widgets using
 h1 as the content there is usually tangentially related to the page as a
 whole rather than always specifically related to the articles on a page --
 as might be suggested in the outline by using h2 elements there.

 The same goes for elements like nav.
