 see Ticket #15386 - the ticket is closed, however I have the very same
 problem with 3.1.3 version and the solution example provided do not work
 for me.

 Wordpress claims that there is no function as get_list_table , I have
 changed it to _get_list_table, after that change it does launch but
 returns a null object.
