 Original Ticket #bb1537 in bbPress trac.

 The "slug meta box" (slugdiv) in WordPress Edit Posts/Pages screen and in
 bbPress Edit Forum/Topic/Reply screen need to be filtered using
 'editable_slug'.
 ([http://core.trac.wordpress.org/attachment/ticket/16999/16999.diff Code
 example] to fix the problem)

 When shown non-filtered result with non-english charecters it show
 "t%c3%b8paec1" instead of "tøpæc1".
