 The two patches I've already uploaded, for Add New Post/Page and
 Dashboard, should be far and away the help tabs that needed the most
 complicated updating. I'm expecting any other tabs would need tiny changes
 at most. Of course, Theme Options (now separate ticket #17357), Credits,
 and Freedoms still don't have non-generic help.
