 I have XDebug running on my test machine. Updated to 3.1.3. On clicking
 Media in the dashboard I got a series of warning errors. Here they are:

 Warning: explode() expects parameter 2 to be string, array given in
 C:\wamp\www\blog\wp-includes\query.php on line 2390

 Warning: in_array() expects parameter 2 to be array, null given in
 C:\wamp\www\blog\wp-includes\query.php on line 2399
