 Uploading patches with IE9 does not work, either in standards mode or IE9
 compatibility mode. Things obviously work fine in other browsers (I tested
 in Chrome).

 Selecting a file and typing a comment work fine, but when submitting, the
 field with the path to the file selected is cleared and the form is not
 submitted (and the patch is thus not uploaded).

 Sadly there is no "Trac" component under which I can put this ticket.
