 Currently, the Credits page features a link to
 http://codex.wordpress.org/Contributing_to_WordPress, which is all fine
 and dandy, except for those folks who can't read English.

 For those lucky enough to have a translated documentation available
 online, I suggest we let the URL be localizable by translators.
