 The text on the submit button in distraction free writing mode should
 match that of the submit button on the main editing screen. Currently it
 always says "Update" for published posts, and "Save" for other statuses.
 It should say "Save Draft", "Save as Pending" etc when relevant (and
 change when you change the post status dropdown too).
