 My hit list:

  * Change the menu drop shadow to be a gradient, with black color and low
 opacity (instead of grey color and medium opacity).
  * Provide a similar drop shadow on the active top level menu item grey
 arrow
  * Fix the "Configure" links on dashboard meta boxes
  * Improve meta box style with gradient, as discussed elswhere
  * Fix meta box arrow alignment
