Comment:

 I've moved malware-check to http://api.wordpress.org/core/malware-
 check/1.0/.

 The patch should not prevent installation when the HTTP request to
 malware-check fails. The only thing that should prevent is when body ===
 '0'. Anything else should let it pass through.

 Moving to 3.3 early as this one missed the boat.
