 It is preferred that you attach an SVN diff of the changes you have made
 instead of the whole file.  It makes it much easier to see what has been
 changed in that file, since trac will create a syntax highlighted view of
 the changes.  This will also make reviewing your work much easier and more
 likely to get things moving.
