 I had to disable all my plugins and reactivate them one at a time to
 figure out that the Disqus comments plugin messing up the Beta admin area.
 Can't move around widgets at all. And collapsing of admin buttons won't
 work either. I'm guessing you could argue that this is a Disqus problem,
 but it may be helpful for you to know about it.
