 I can see that your version tag in http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org
 /wordpress-google-maps/trunk/readme.txt ('trunk'),
 http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/wordpress-google-
 maps/tags/1.0.3/wpmu_dev_maps_plugin.php ('1.0.4') and
 http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/wordpress-google-
 maps/tags/1.0.3/readme.txt ('1.0.3') are all different. There's no way
 that that is going to work. Change them all to 1.0.3 and see what happens.
