 When using the Visual Editor, and trying to toggle between the DFW screen,
 it doesn't work in IE8. Visiting it however, from the HTML Editor, it
 does. Feels like it doesn't exist, and it only happened after the HTML DFW
 screen went in (although that's pretty cool too!)
