 Since IE6 is not only insecure, but now (well, as of 3.2) completely
 unsupported in Admin, would it make sense to have a message indicating
 this instead/as well?   Perhaps an if (IE <= unsupported version) mention
 "Your Version of Internet Explorer is unsupported.   WordPress recommends
 an update"
