 Having the same issue, and the suggestions above don't seem to be helping.
 I've tried:

 - Adding whitespace to trunk/readme.txt
 - Bumping readme stable tag after copying to a tag folder
 - Bumping readme stable tag before copying to a tag folder

 Downloading through zip gives me the latest package, but I can't get the
 plugin page on wp.org to update.

 If someone has a surefire way to work around this big (until it is fixed),
 please post it here.
