 There IS a point. It's there to support multiple instances of quicktags
 toolbar (Quick edit comment in Post edit page, for example). Actually, it
 might be preferable if I restore its old name (QTags). So technically I'm
 just extending the old class, but with better structure and more
 possibilities.
