 find that they can also use different fieldnames, for example,
 HTTP_X_ORIGINAL_HOST (Which is what a IIS-based setup uses IIRC)
 One could use {{{$_SERVER['SERVER_SOFTWARE']}}} to determine which
 headers/variables to inspect. Well, I hope the HTTP_HOST issue will be
 fixed in some time, so thanks to all for your help :)
