 In the Admin if you goto Settings->Discussion you have a section called
 'E-mail me whenever' that has two checkboxes:

 * Anyone posts a comment
 * A comment is held for moderation

 It is misleading because the 1st option doesn't e-mail 'me' it e-mails the
 post author and the 2nd option e-mails the WP Admin e-mail. There is no
 way to tell this without digging into the core code. The wording should be
 changed to be more clear.
