 I'm just wondering about the $priority parameter, the rest looks pretty
 okay to me.

 In case spl_object_hash is disabled but the function is a PHP 5.3.x
 closure, this will run into a ''Catchable fatal error: Closure object
 cannot have properties'', but this is so much likely not to happen.
