 Contrary to popular belief, {{{$('some selector', context)}}} is not
 faster than {{{context.find('some selector')}}}. It's just harder to read.

 Also, there was a callback written twice, once for {{{qeRow.keyup}}} and
 again for {{{bulkRow.keyup}}}.
