 to files in wp-includes won't interfere with the one I've uploaded above.

 I have one patch provided already, probably it's usefull to combine the
 constants with the filter. So it's possible to configure the maximum
 memory allowed via wp-config.php and give plugins some flexibility as
 well. What do you think?
