Comment:

 Please review the patch. I would like to get feedback on the issue: How to
 deal with constructors return something which is not possible with PHP.
 Normally it's thrown an exception which is something new, therefore the
 patch contains a general WP_Exception.

 Feedback appreciated. The WP_Error class is a nice and small class to
 start with such IMHO.
