 I noticed the new admin bar does not have the complete set of CSS3
 gradients. I've added support for -`webkit-linear-gradient()` and `linear-
 gradient()` along with some minor code cleanup in the patch. This brings
 it in line with the current gradient proposal syntax.

 Tested successfully in Safari 5.0.3, Firefox 3.6.13, Opera 10.63 and
 WebKit nightly.

 I'm setting the component to Administration, if that is wrong will someone
 please correct it?
